Jesus Christ has conquered death!
It could not hold Him; it held no sting.
And, for us, eternal hope that brings.
He has conquered; He has defeated.
What no one before had ever cheated.
No darkness, no force, no evil shall eternally prevail.
For He has forever torn the veil.
Christ the Conqueror has claimed this world for His own.
Leaving the enemy shrinking, beaten, and alone.
No trouble should lead us to despair.
Because we know the victor is the Son, the Heir!
