As Mother’s Day approaches, we want to celebrate this day like never before. First and foremost, we want to acknowledge that celebrating motherhood is an ode to female exclusivity.
It is a sad reality that in today’s society, liberals are struggling to even define the word woman. The very essence of womanhood is being distorted and redefined to fit a political agenda. There is a transgender agenda that is working to change the word mother to birthing person.
There is a war on women. We must embrace a biblical perspective on the definition.
Women are not just a social construct or a political tool, but a unique and beautiful creation of God. We must celebrate and embrace the differences between men and women, recognizing that each has a unique role to play in society.
Women are not defined by their ability to conform to societal norms, but by their inherent worth and dignity as human beings. We must reject the notion that gender is fluid and embrace the truth that God created us male and female. As we celebrate motherhood, let us look to the Bible for guidance and wisdom, recognizing that true freedom and fulfillment come from embracing our God-given identity.
In Genesis, we see that God created us male and female.
Genesis 2 tells us that “God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.” So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he slept took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. And the rib that the Lord God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man.
Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
Proverbs 31:10-31 describes a woman of noble character who is praised for her strength, wisdom, and hard work.
Proverbs 31:10 “Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies”. Being a woman means being valued and respected as an image- bearer of God, and rejecting the lies of the world that seek to diminish their worth and purpose. Let us embrace the beauty and strength of motherhood as defined by our Creator, and live out His calling for us with courage and grace.
Celebrating motherhood is an ode to female exclusivity indeed! Motherhood is a unique and special experience that only women can go through, and it should be recognized as such. It is a time when women can truly embrace their femininity and showcase their strength and resilience.
Motherhood is not just about giving birth, but it is also about nurturing and raising a child. It is a time when women can pass down their values, traditions, and knowledge to the next generation.
Motherhood is a journey that is full of challenges, but it is also filled with love, joy, and fulfillment. It is a time when women can truly make a difference in the world by shaping the future of society. Therefore, let us celebrate and honor the women who have chosen the path of motherhood and recognize the importance of this role in our society. Let us embrace the exclusivity of womanhood and celebrate the power of motherhood.
