We’ve had enough. We won’t stand idly by and allow the Biden Administration to bully businesses and make medical decisions on your behalf. The Biden edict is unconstitutional, illegal, and a violation of your freedom.
That’s why I’m proud to announce that Frontline Policy Council has filed an amicus brief with the United States Supreme Court against the Biden Administration’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate, which requires employers to force workers to be vaccinated or undergo burdensome weekly testing.

Our brief argues that government agencies–such as OSHA–acting without the consent of Congress or the oversight of the Court are a threat to religious liberty. The balance of power within our system of government exists to protect the rights of every American, including the right to religious expression. When bureaucrats legislate via sweeping and unprecedented regulations, it undermines the fundamental checks and balances that allow religious expression to thrive.
Here’s an important excerpt from the brief:
“One consequence of deferring to agencies in cases like this is that it often underprotects religious exercise. But religious liberty is a bedrock of this country. Many settlers came to America searching for the freedom to exercise their religious beliefs. The Founders considered religious liberty to be a cornerstone of civil society and human flourishing. Accordingly, the founding generation protected religious liberty through their state constitutions, the federal Constitution’s structural provisions, and the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights.”
Here’s the reality: you have a natural, God-given right to determine what you put in your body. You can be for the vaccine, against the vaccine, or anywhere in between. However, the government does not have the right to impose its will on you or your business.
The Court heard oral arguments concerning this case on January 7th, 2022 (Go Here for a summary of those arguments). We want to encourage you to pray for wisdom and courage for all nine justices as they consider the Biden Administration’s unconstitutional executive vaccine mandate.
