An unprecedented win for education freedom in Georgia is within our grasp – and YOU can make a difference.
On Thursday, SB 233, a bill that would give students in failing schools the opportunity to take the money the state is currently sending to that school and instead use it to attend a school that fits their needs.
Immediately, this would transform the lives of these students and their families while positively impacting our state in countless ways.
Over time, this legislation serves as a catalyst for more families realizing the benefits of setting aside fidelity to systems and instead putting students first.
Few concepts have the ability to restore our nation like school choice. Providing kids with an opportunity suited to their needs, elevating competition, and ridding ourselves of the one-size-fits-all model is a gamechanger.
Passing SB 233 will positively change countless lives.
Passing SB 233 will lead to improved public education.
Passing SB 233 will elevate outcomes and bolster our state.
But, sadly, we are a few votes shy.
Our hope is to get the votes we need and pass this bill before Sine Die concludes on Wednesday.
