Join Our Team

This is a critical moment in the history of our nation and our state. The Culture War rages on, the Church is all-too-silent in the midst of attack, recent victories are threatened, our state hangs in the balance, and a critical election cycle lies before us.

Frontline was built for such a time as this.

That’s why I have shared with our Board and our team a vision to grow Frontline even more rapidly than we have done since our launch two years ago.

Georgia needs us to be a dominant pro-family, Gospel-centered force pointing people toward truth, strengthening families, standing in the gap, and delivering results.

Because of this great need, I am proud to announce our commitment to growing our team, our commitment to rising to meet the challenge, and the creation of several new positions:

With these roles, we are looking for very specific skill sets to help us accomplish our mission. Already, we have hired a Vice President of Strategy that we plan to announce next month!

If you or someone you know is interested, please send your resume and cover letter to our Director of Operations, LeAnn Tyer at leann@frontlinepolicy.com.

There are two themes we are operating under with these hires:

Faith Over Fear

We know what God is calling us to do, and we feel the urgency. We are going to trust Him with this ministry rather than be anxious about how we make it all work.

Hiring Right

We are going to focus on very specific qualities and make sure we bring aboard excellence that fits our clear needs. A lot of great people just won’t fit what we are looking for right now. That’s ok! We are trusting His timing and His leading. We are going to know with certainty when we find the right fit.

If you feel that your background may not be a fit for these roles but have a desire to work for Frontline, please feel free to send your resume and cover letter to LeAnn anyway. You never know when part-time or contract needs may arise or whether the Lord may guide us to a full-time role that could be within your skill set.
